A complete mechanical and electrical overhaul was carried out on a large section of driven roller Flexi-veyor. The equipment was removed from site and returned within a short time-frame, as the line is regularly used for handling high volumes of incoming inventory, mainly in cartons.
Each DC drive motor was stripped, cleaned and fully serviced prior to rebuild and test. All missing mechanical parts were manufactured or procured and fitted, all damaged parts repaired or replaced.
The conveyor was returned with set of new electrical drawings, spare parts catalogue and upto date electrical certification.
